Stock Products & Standard Sizes
Timeline: 1-2 weeks
Stock products (listed on individual product pages) are pre-cut panels that receive colour or print coating after ordering. Delivery times may extend if items fail our quality assurance checks or encounter production issues.
Returns: Adhesive and faux tin splashbacks may be returned if unused, but return shipping costs are your responsibility and original delivery charges are non-refundable.
Important: Even stock-size glass becomes non-returnable once painted or printed, as it's customised to your specifications.
Made-to-Measure Products
Timeline: 3-4 weeks (typically)
Custom-sized products require additional manufacturing time due to:
- Seasonal demand fluctuations
- Product complexity (shapes, cut-outs, etc.)
- Multi-step manufacturing process
- High order volumes
Please note: Due to the bespoke nature of these products, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. Manufacturing issues may cause delays beyond our control.
Order Status Policy: Please avoid contacting us for updates during the initial 3-4 week period, as our high order volumes prevent us from providing meaningful progress updates.

Pro Tip: Order your splashback as early as possible in your kitchen project timeline, especially for shaped or complex designs.
Cooker Hood Coordination: If you're planning a shaped cooker hood, check our range of matching profiles. This allows you to order both items together and install the splashback before the hood for a perfect fit.

Delivery Process
All glass products are shipped via professional courier services. Upon dispatch, you'll receive:
- Email notification with tracking information
- Estimated delivery date
- Courier contact details for direct inquiries
Service Options:
- Standard orders: Next-day or 48-hour delivery
- Large orders: Freight shipping (when required)
Tracking: Use the provided tracking information to monitor your order's progress. We cannot contact couriers on your behalf.
Delivery Coverage
We deliver throughout the UK wherever Parcelforce operates, unless your panel size requires specialist freight handling.
Cancellation Policy
Stock vs. Made-to-Measure
- Stock sizes: Listed on individual product pages (limited availability)
- Made-to-measure: 99% of our sales - custom dimensions not available as stock
Cancellation Policy
Made-to-measure orders cannot be cancelled once manufacturing begins. This policy exists due to:
- High initial manufacturing costs
- Custom specifications making products unsuitable for other customers
- Complex production processes that cannot be reversed
Damage & Defects
If panels are damaged during manufacturing or transit, we reserve the right to:
- Repair the affected panel(s), or
- Replace with new panel(s)
Full cancellation and refund may not be available due to the significant manufacturing investment required for custom products.
